Introduction

Keren is a busy working mum of three that was looking to get her fitness level back on track. Here’s her story.

Q. Can you tell us a little bit about yourself?

A. I am 44 years old and have three daughters (16, 14 and 9). I am a Maths teacher currently working as a supply teacher in Kent. I have always enjoyed exercising either at the gym or going out on my bicycle.

 

Q. What attracted you to join InstructorLive?

A. The summer holidays last year were quite hectic and I just did not have time to exercise properly, so when September came along, I found I have gained a few pounds and needed to get my old fitness level back. I happened to buy a new phone that offered three months free membership for InstructorLive, so I checked it out and liked what I saw! I thought I could do one of the programmes to get motivated again and lose those extra pounds!

 

Q. What keeps you motivated and coming back from more?

A. I started my membership with The Ultimate Shred (I really loved the name!) and by the time it finished I was completely addicted and had a training session as part of my daily routine. To keep going I chose 3 programmes which I alternated between: Drop a Jeans Size, Bikini Body and Cellulite Dynamite (again – love the names!).

 

Q. Have you noticed any changes or results since you first joined InstructorLive?

A. I definitely feel fitter and stronger and my body seems more toned. On the days I don’t exercise – I feel as if something is missing…

 

Q. What do you love most about your InstructorLive membership?

A. I really love being able to have a programme that suits my needs and challenge me at the same time. It’s also nice to mix and match classes from different programmes. The instructors are really good at keeping you going when it gets tough and the community wall is a bonus as you can really discuss any problems that may come up while you are training.
