Hi,

I’m Craig Glagow,

My love for the gym and sports plus my reputation as a “people person” made my decision to become a personal trainer very easy!

I am a fitness professional with years of experience, having worked for some of the top gyms in London. I also run my own fitness company, training everyone from post-natal mums to elite models.

My approach to exercise is to ensure you enjoy your sessions whilst achieving your fitness goals. I believe that my passion, knowledge and fitness expertise combined with your effort and commitment to taking part in my classes will ensure you get the results you want!
