Bio

Hi! I’m Delamay Devi,

I’m originally from Byron Bay in Australia and have had a strong passion for yoga since the age of 14. I have background in dance and so yoga was a natural progression. I enjoyed being able to delve deeper into the understanding of the rhythm of the breath, the flow of the body and the formlessness of meditation.

I have over 700 hours of training which includes 500 hours Prana Flow certification. I incorporate my skills from Thai Yoga Massage training in classes, workshops and retreats worldwide.

Currently, I divide my time teaching between Australia, Europe and Asia and I make regular trips to LA to continue training with Shiva (the creator of Prana Flow) and the Prana Flow tribe.

Yoga For Advanced

This plan is designed for those of you that:

– Have practiced yoga for some time or currently have a good fitness level
– Would like to improve your general fitness and wellbeing
– Are interested in experimenting with new styles of yoga

The plan recommends suitable classes and also provides a nutrition plan for a balanced and healthy diet.
