Bio

Hi, I’m Nadya,

I have been involved in fitness for as long as I can remember. It first became a real passion when I started competing at a national level in Gymnastics. Although I retired from the sport at a young age I continued with many other sports throughout school and university years. I moved to the UK from Canada in 2001 and continued coaching gymnastics part-time whilst doing a ‘proper grown up job’ in an office…. I hated it! I decided to go back to doing what I was most passionate about. I received my exercise to music qualification and then quit office life, went back to college and trained full time to be a personal trainer. I now run my own mobile personal training company and teach studio classes. My new favourite class is BarreConcept. It is a wonderful workout which can really tone your body from top to bottom. You start to stand taller as you work on and improve your posture and strengthen your core.

I love that exercise can lift the mind and boost the mood even on the dullest of grey days. Being fit and healthy seems to set you up so much better for the challenges that lay ahead. Although some classes and exercises can be really challenging it is so rewarding to see what you can achieve through hard work and sheer determination!

Signature Plan

HIIT – Level 1

This plan is designed for those of you that:

– Currently have a low to mid level of fitness
– Would like to improve your general fitness levels and lose weight
– Prefer to exercise in short bursts of intense activity

The plan recommends suitable classes and also provides a nutrition plan for a balanced and healthy diet.

When you select this plan it will be added to your results page where you will be able to track your progress.
