There’s nothing i like more in life than helping people overcome their doubts so they can reach their fitness goals.

I’m a level 3 personal trainer, ex-basketball and martial arts competitor, and i also teach fitness classes across London.

If your goal is to burn fat, build upper and lower body strength and basically look more hench… Ripped is the plan for you!

Created by expert Lifestyle Coach and UK Personal Trainer Of The Year, Adam Stansbury, the plan utilises a combination of HIIT training, body weight resistance training and yoga. Ripped is extremely effective for transforming your physique. By incorporating intense periods of work with short recovery segments, intervals allow you to keep the workout intensity high while still maintaining form. We use HIIT training for the majority of the workouts and the magic of this high intensity interval training lies its ability to keep you burning fat even after you have completed a workout. In short, your body isn’t able to bring in enough oxygen during periods of hard work. Therefore, you accumulate a “debt” of oxygen that must be repaid post-workout in order to get back to normal. The result — your metabolism is revved for hours after you have taken part in a Ripped session.


Guys, the yoga is part of the plan for a reason! Don’t miss it out! It’s there to help lubricate your joints and keep the body aligned after all of the weeks explosive activity, help lengthen the muscles that have contracted so much throughout the week and help you build more core strength. By doing it at the end of every week you will improve your performance for the following week.

Ripped is a progressive course, so anyone with an okay level of fitness will be able to give it a go. (Very important that if you have any injuries to check with your doctor before taking part in this explosive plan).

Be warned – the initial fitness test will be the same one you do in month 3. It is designed to be extremely tough so don’t let it scare you off. By the time you take the test in month 3, you will feel like a different person.

All you need is a small available space, a towel, an exercise mat (optional) and some water.
