Living & working in Canada as a Sports Therapist I discovered meditation through my yoga teacher which lead to many countries studying, many teachers and schools of Meditation and I have had an ongoing daily practice of Meditation for 7 years.

The reason I love it is that it makes you feel better! Insight, wisdom and clarity can emerge, thus leading to understanding oneself and being more skillful in thought, reaction and action. It can bring direction and meaning to our lives. It can bring healing, acceptance and gratitude. You can learn to let go and change habits. Ultimately I am passionate about Meditation as a sacred spiritual connection to that which we truly are. To be able to tap into that, knowing the truth of ourselves gives profound joy & peace through life’s challenges.
